I was lucky enough to receive an illustrated copy of Stephen King’s Joyland and let me tell you that anyone who buys this in for a visual and literary treat! The artwork in this book is stunning! The map style drawing on the back is completely different but complements the cover very nicely. It’s bright tones show both side to the narrative.
Only Ever Yours is my book of the year. It perfectly encapsulates the way society sees the female body and mind through a dystopian mindset.
